Full-service food & beverage partner
Great events run on great F&B.
From the first food concept to the final service, Bevers & Bevers brings together flavour, people, infrastructure, logistics and technology for large-scale events and public environments.
Four figures that show what scale means in practice: activity across multiple markets, years of experience and an operation built to manage large visitor flows.
How we think and work
A strong F&B story starts long before the first order.
Food & beverage helps shape the way an event feels. It is not just about what is served, but also about where points of sale are located, how visitors move through the site and how the offering fits its surroundings.
Behind it all lies preparation that visitors rarely see: scheduling people, allocating resources, organising logistics and ensuring that supplies and on-site operations keep moving. That is why Bevers & Bevers looks beyond catering alone and treats F&B as an operational responsibility that begins well before the event.

Food people at heart
Big on organisation. Close to flavour.
However complex the organisation behind the scenes may be, the essentials remain simple for visitors: good food and drink, served smoothly and with genuine hospitality. From familiar crowd favourites to our own food trucks and concepts with a distinctive look and feel.
Presentation matters too. The concept, signage, layout and product range all influence how an F&B area feels and how easily visitors find their way. Food and drink therefore become more than an operational task: they are a visible part of the event experience.

Food & beverage at full speed in Spa-Francorchamps
More than 100,000 visitors per day, a vast circuit and over 300 operational units: during the Formula 1 Belgian Grand Prix in Spa-Francorchamps, food & beverage operations need to perform at scale while remaining close to the visitor. From sales and cooling to logistics and recycling, every part of the operation needs to work together.

Built through hands-on experience.
Bevers & Bevers grew from practical experience at events. New projects brought different expectations, larger logistical challenges and greater responsibility. Step by step, the organisation evolved alongside the work on the ground.
What began in catering developed into a broader role within food & beverage. Today, we use that hands-on knowledge to support organisers and venues that expect more than food and drink alone — while continuing to expand that role in new markets.
