Infrastructure & setup
The right infrastructure helps determine how much an F&B operation can handle. Bevers & Bevers plans points of sale, layouts and practical facilities around capacity, visitor flows and operational efficiency. This gives every concept a physical environment in which it can truly work.

A point of sale is more than the place where an order is processed. Its position, layout, available workspace and facilities all affect how efficiently teams can work, how visitors move and what capacity can realistically be achieved.
Designed around the operation
Bevers & Bevers therefore considers F&B infrastructure from the perspective of how it will be used. What purpose will a point of sale serve? Which products will it offer? Which tasks need to happen behind the counter? How will supplies reach it? And how does everything fit within the available space and visitor flows?
Considering these questions together allows sales units and supporting infrastructure to be designed with purpose. After all, not every venue or event requires the same solution. A temporary setting has different requirements from a long-term operation, while a compact point of sale works differently from a larger operational zone.
The right sales unit in the right place
The Bevers App brings together the available sales units and event planning. This allows us to determine which units best fit the offering, expected capacity and practical conditions of each zone, as well as when they are available for deployment.
The up-to-date plan shows which units are on site, where they are deployed and which remain available for other assignments. Maintenance reports support technical follow-up and help planners keep equipment availability as high as possible. Infrastructure is therefore not only designed, but also planned and managed efficiently.
