Our expertise

Expertise for every F&B challenge

Every assignment has different priorities. That is why Bevers & Bevers applies its expertise where it matters most: from concepts and infrastructure to logistics, teams and technology, depending on what the situation requires.

F&B strategy & concept
01

From ambition to concept

F&B strategy & concept

What do you want to offer your visitors, and how can you make it operationally viable? Bevers & Bevers helps develop an F&B offering that suits the audience, setting and ambitions of an event or venue. From the outset, we connect creative choices to the real-world operation in which they need to perform.

Infrastructure & setup

The physical operation

Infrastructure & setup

The right infrastructure helps determine how much an F&B operation can handle. Bevers & Bevers plans points of sale, layouts and practical facilities around capacity, visitor flows and operational efficiency. This gives every concept a physical environment in which it can truly work.

Logistics & supply
03

Everything in the right place

Logistics & supply

An F&B operation can only keep moving when products and resources are available at the right time. Bevers & Bevers aligns stock, storage, deliveries and on-site replenishment with operational reality, focusing on continuity and on everything else happening across the event site.

People put the plan into action

Teams & operations

Once operations begin, planning and practice need to connect seamlessly. Bevers & Bevers brings people, roles and operational management together, ensuring teams know what needs to happen and keeping the F&B operation manageable even at peak times.

The Bevers App as the operational backbone

Technology & insight

The Bevers App connects the planning of events, zones, sales units, products, price lists, staff, equipment and checks, giving planners and operational teams the same up-to-date view.

The strongest solution lies in the connections between each part.

One integrated operation

The strongest solution lies in the connections between each part.

An F&B project quickly involves several disciplines at once. When responsibilities are too fragmented, coordination takes more time and dependencies may only become apparent at a late stage.

Looking at multiple areas of expertise within the same operational context creates a clearer overview. Decisions about layout, logistics or staffing, for example, can be assessed together more quickly, while potential bottlenecks become visible earlier. For the client, this means clearer responsibilities and fewer links between planning and practice.

This broad involvement does not mean that Bevers & Bevers must always take responsibility for everything. We can work alongside an existing organisation or assume responsibility across several disciplines, depending on the assignment. The objective remains the same: greater control during preparation and while delivery is in full motion.

In practical terms

How can Bevers & Bevers support your project?

The scale, existing organisation and level of support required differ from one assignment to another. These practical questions show how Bevers & Bevers can support your project.

01How do you safeguard safety, food safety and quality?

By making clear responsibilities, targeted training, digital checks and internal audits an integral part of the operation.

At Bevers & Bevers, safety and quality are not separate from the operation; they are built into it. Through the Bevers App, managers monitor audits covering food safety, occupational safety, food temperatures and hygienic, professional working practices. Action points at sales units become visible during the event, allowing teams to make targeted adjustments and record the follow-up. Public product and allergen information is provided separately through What’s in this food.

02Can you also improve an existing F&B operation?

Yes. An assignment does not have to start from scratch: Bevers & Bevers can assess an existing operation and identify where targeted improvements can be made.

Not every client is looking for an entirely new F&B concept or operational structure. Sometimes, the greatest value lies in improving what is already in place. Bevers & Bevers can assess existing choices based on their practical impact: where do bottlenecks occur, which processes are not sufficiently aligned and where could a targeted change make a difference? We then determine together which expertise is required and what role Bevers & Bevers should take on.

03Do you always need to manage the entire F&B operation?

No. Depending on the need and the existing organisation, our solutions can add value individually or be combined as one integrated operation.

Not every event or venue requires the same support. Sometimes the main need is operational expertise in one specific area; in other situations, the real challenge lies in connecting several different areas. Our solutions are deliberately modular. Bevers & Bevers can work alongside an existing organisation and collaborate with the parties involved, or bring several F&B disciplines together within one broader assignment. The precise scope is determined by what is needed to make the operation stronger and more manageable.

04How do you adapt the operation to its scale?

We do not start from one standard model. Instead, we tailor the concept, capacity and operational organisation to the anticipated setting and demand.

An F&B solution needs to fit the context in which it is used. Visitor numbers are important, but they are not the only consideration. Available space, opening hours, peak periods, the type of offering, visitor flows and existing infrastructure all influence what is required operationally. We therefore consider capacity in relation to the rest of the operation. A venue with a continuous flow of visitors may require a fundamentally different solution from an event with pronounced peaks. Starting from this operational reality allows the setup to be designed with purpose, instead of simply scaling a standard concept up or down.

05How do you manage operations during delivery?

By organising responsibilities clearly and remaining close enough to the operation to identify deviations early and make targeted adjustments.

An operational plan provides direction, but reality remains decisive. During delivery, demand, visitor flows or practical conditions may develop differently than expected. That is why on-site monitoring is an essential part of the operation. Bevers & Bevers maintains an overview of the relevant parts of the F&B operation and coordinates with teams and other parties where necessary. This allows operational signals to be addressed before they develop into larger bottlenecks.

06What role do technology and data play?

Technology should support processes and turn relevant information into practical input for operational management, evaluation and further improvement.

Digital systems can add value across different parts of an F&B operation, including sales, payments, stock and operational monitoring. For Bevers & Bevers, technology is never an objective in itself: it must support the practical operation and provide information that people can genuinely use. Available data can help monitor developments during delivery and reveal potential improvements afterwards. The systems and data used will depend on the assignment.

07How do you work with other partners?

F&B never operates separately from the rest of an event or venue. We therefore align our work with the surrounding partners and processes.

An F&B operation shares space, schedules and infrastructure with many other parts of an event or venue. Production, venue management, technical teams, security, suppliers and other partners can all affect what is operationally possible. Effective coordination is therefore essential. Bevers & Bevers identifies where the F&B operation depends on other disciplines and makes those points of contact visible as early as possible. Clear responsibilities and communication lines remain important throughout delivery. This enables F&B to function as an integrated part of the wider organisation, rather than as a separate operation that only begins to connect with the rest once on site.

When it all begins

Prepared for an operation that keeps moving.

Conditions on site are constantly changing. Bevers & Bevers therefore translates preparation and expertise into clear responsibilities, practical management and continuity throughout delivery — tailored to what the assignment requires at that moment.
