Bevers & Bevers is best known for large festivals and public events, but that same experience is equally valuable at corporate events. Staff parties, family days, Christmas parties, anniversaries, open days, product launches and summer parties often require the same combination of quality catering, practical organisation and an environment capable of serving many guests at once.
The format can vary considerably. Sometimes, a single food truck or compact bar setup at the company premises is enough. For larger events, Bevers & Bevers can also develop a broader concept with bars, tables, food trucks, buffets and temporary infrastructure. Even an open site can be transformed into a complete event setting with the atmosphere of a genuine festival.

To develop a suitable concept, it helps to provide as much practical information as possible in advance: the expected number of guests, preferred date, type of event, location, available space and utilities, and preferences regarding catering, bars and payments.
